One thing is certain: the hospitality industry has been introduced from an early age. After my parents had several restaurants in the Netherlands (including Gringo’s and De Revolution), they permanently settled on the Costa Blanca in Albir/Altea in 2012.
This year (2024) I will take over and I will not do it alone. With chef Mihai in the kitchen and my right hand Kati in the service, we ensure that everything runs smoothly. But don’t worry, the old guard isn’t going away! You will probably see Harry changing a light somewhere and Edith and Grandma continue to neatly fold the napkins.
